How Long Will It Take To Receive My Order?

We aim to ship your order within 1 business day from our warehouse

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing tracking information

New Zealand Shipping

For New Zealand orders we ship by New Zealand Post, with tracking provided and signature on delivery.

We have flat rate shipping of $10 NZD New Zealand wide, and free shipping if your order value is $100 NZD and over. 

Timeframes

New Zealand Post Standard Metro 1 - 4 business days, New Zealand Post Standard Rural 2 - 6 business days. 

*PO Box addresses will take an extra 1-3 days for delivery due to lack of access to a local post office.

Orders placed before 12PM usually ship the same day excluding weekends. Orders placed after 12PM Friday will be dispatched on Monday or Tuesday, the latter if Monday falls on a Public Holiday day. 

Please make sure to triple check your delivery address is entered correctly as we have no way to verify it and orders are sent to the exact address as entered.

If your parcel is returned to us due to an incorrect address or failure to collect from the post office and you would like us to redeliver it we ask that you cover the cost for re-delivery.

Australia, UK, USA & Rest of the World Shipping

For all International orders we ship by DHL Express, with tracking provided and signature on delivery. 

For Australian orders, we have flat rate shipping of $15 AUD, and free shipping if your order value is $300 AUD and over. 

For UK, USA and Rest of the World orders, we have flat rate shipping of $15 USD and free shipping if your order value is $300 USD and over.

DHL Express Metro 2-5 business days,  DHL Express Rural 3-10 business days, depending on where you are located
