Do you provide a guarantee on your Stainless Steel Clothes Pegs? 

EcoLuxe Living provides a Lifetime Guarantee on our Marine Grade Stainless Steel Clothing Pegs and covers rust, manufacturing defects and damage from normal domestic use. 

How much is shipping within New Zealand and Australia?

Standard shipping: 

FREE standard shipping within New Zealand and Australia

New Zealand Timeframes: New Zealand Post Standard Metro 2-3 business days, New Zealand Post Standard Rural 4-14 business days.

Express shipping: 

$10* Express shipping within New Zealand and $15* within Australia

Timeframes: DHL Express Metro 1-3 business days, DHL Express Rural 2-5 business days.

I just placed my order, when will my items ship?

We despatch same day orders are received. Please note that due to COVID-19 there will be some delays in transit, particularly with international shipping. We appreciate your patience.

How long until I receive my order?

For New Zealand and Australian orders with Standard shipping:

New Zealand Post Standard Metro 1-6 business days, New Zealand Post Standard Rural 2-5 business days. 

For New Zealand and Australian orders with Express shipping:

DHL Express Metro 1-3 business days, DHL Express Rural 2-5 business days.

For International orders with Standard shipping:

New Zealand Post Standard Metro 2-6 business days, New Zealand Post Standard Rural 3-10 business days. 

For International orders with Express shipping:

DHL Express Metro 2-3 business days, DHL Express Rural 3-7 business days.

If I place an order that contains 'pre order' and 'in stock' items, will the 'in stock' items be sent separately?
Some of our products are already in stock, while some are currently on our pre-order system. If you place an order for multiple items and one of them is on pre-order, we will reserve all the items in your order and ship them all together once the pre-order item becomes available. 
How do I use a gift voucher/promo code?

At checkout on the right-hand side of the screen is a box that says "Discount". Enter your code in the field next to this and press Apply. 

My gift voucher/promo code isn't working!

Please firstly check you have entered the code in the correct case (upper or lower, or mixed). Then check the expiry of the code from the source of the code, or contact us at hello@ecoluxeliving.co

How many codes can we use in one order?

Only one code can be used at a time (so check which code you have that can give you the bigger discount).

HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE BEFORE ORDERS ARE SHIPPED? 

We pack and despatch all orders that are already in stock same day from our warehouse. For items that are on our pre-order system, arrival dates will be stated on the individual product pages. As soon as the items arrive, our team will work around the clock to dispatch them out to you as soon as possible. 


WHEN WILL I RECEIVE MY SHIPPING TRACKING NUMBER? 

You should receive an email confirmation once your order is submitted, and another email with the tracking number once your order is despatched. For pre-orders, it may take anywhere between 1-5 weeks to arrive to us so please also allow this time for your tracking confirmation to come through to your email. Arrival dates are regularly updated on the individual product pages, however please note these are an estimate and not an exact date.


DO YOU SHIP TO P.O BOXES?

Unfortunately we do not offer shipping to P.O Boxes. Please arrange shipping of your order to an alternative address, such as a work address.


CHANGE I CHANGE MY ORDER ONCE IT IS PLACED? 

Contact us within 24 hours once your order is placed in order to ensure orders can be updated. Unfortunately due to our pre-order system, orders made past 24 hours are final. Please take extra care when choosing sizing, colours and styles. 


WHAT CURRENCY IS YOUR PRICING IN? 

We have a currency selector dropdown in the footer section of each page which will automatically update all product prices in the following currencies:  NZD, AUD, CAD, EUR, GBP, JPY, SGD, USD.


WHAT FORMS OF PAYMENT DO YOU ACCEPT?

We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, PayPal, Afterpay, Laybuy, Apple Pay, Google Pay and Shopify Pay. 


DO I HAVE TO CREATE AN ACCOUNT TO MAKE A PURCHASE? 

No, you can simply checkout using your email address only.

Warranty & Repair

All our products are subject to quality control.

Our warranty provides a guarantee against manufacturer defects.

The guarantee covers any manufacturing, design, or material defect. Please notify us within 2 months of noticing any defects.

It does not cover blows, improper use, or other issues that are not attributable to a manufacturer defects.

An extended warranty can be added to your products for an additional cost.

Returns & Refunds

Yes, we offer full and partial refunds.

A refund request can be submitted within a month after the purchase is made.

In the case when the product and packaging are unopened and undamaged, you are eligiblefor a full refund.

In the case when the packaging has been opened and the product has been used, you are eligiblefor a partial refund.
